Views, Location, and Privacy! This cabin has it all! Located just off Ski Mountain Rd, Gatlinburg Bearadise is just 1.8 miles from Ober Gatlinburg, 2.4 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg, and 2.5 miles from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Needless to say, you will be traveling up a paved, steep, curvy, mountainous road to get to this cabin. At Gatlinburg Bearadise, you feel like you are away from it all in your own mountain retreat, yet have the convenience of reaching the dining and attractions in minutes!
Upon entering the newly renovated cabin, you will enter an open floor plan with living room with sleeper sofa, love seat, and 65" tv; kitchen; dining room; and full bath. This level also has a wrap around deck with hot tub, as well as a back deck. Downstairs contains the 2 bedroom (1 with king bed, and 1 with queen bed), 2nd full bathroom, and laundry closet. The master bedroom has its own private deck.
Did I mention the views?! Gatlinburg Bearadise has amazing views of the Great Smoky Mountains. Enjoy your coffee on the deck while admiring nature's beaty at its finest.
Coffee maker is a regular pot.
* This property is pet friendly (dogs only) for up to 2 dogs, no weight limit.
Pet Rules:
- Up to date on all annual vaccinations, as well as heart worm and flea/tick medication
- No pets on furniture or bedding
- All pets are to be crated when left in the cabin unattended
** We highly recommend all guests purchase Travel Insurance to protect them in the case of emergencies, illness, death, weather, COVID-19 related issues, etc. As long as the state of TN and County of Sevier are open, our cancellation policy will remain as stated.
***Be sure to reach out to us if you are not receiving emails from Smoky Jones Vacation Rentals after booking. This is how you will receive the rental agreement, check in information, and other communication regarding your rental!

Cancellation Policy:
Cancelled reservations will be charged a $99 cancellation fee. The remainder of the balance will be refunded as follows:
Full refund if cancelling more than 60 days from check in.
50% refund if cancelling between 30-60 days from check in.
No refund if cancelling less than 30 days from check in.
Deposit Policy
50% Deposit Due to Reserve. Remainder of Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
